​At OmniStyl, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and timely delivery experience for our customers. Please read our shipping and delivery terms below:

1. Shipping Locations
OmniStyl currently ships only within India at most pin codes. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Preparation timeframe
Processing Time: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3 working days, depending on stock availability. Orders which are fully packed, cannot be cancelled.

If a product is out of stock, you will be informed promptly, and we will provide an updated timeline or alternate options such as a refund.

3. Delivery Timeframes
We are located in Mumbai. Orders are delivered within 3 to 14 working days, depending on your location within India.
Delivery times may vary based on regional accessibility, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Courier Partners
OmniStyl collaborates with multiple courier partners such as Amazon Shipping services, Ecom Express, Delhivery etc through the Shiprocket platform to ensure secure and efficient deliveries.

5. Payment Terms
No Cash on Delivery (COD): We do not accept cash on delivery (COD) payments for purchases made on our website. All orders must be prepaid through the available payment options at checkout.

6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

7. Delivery Notifications
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with the tracking details. You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided in the notification.

8. Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or other external factors are beyond our control.
In case of significant delays, please contact us for assistance.

9. Package Safety
All packages are securely packed to ensure the safe delivery of your jewelry items.
Unboxing Video: Customers are advised to record an unboxing video while opening their package. This is required in case of damage or if the wrong product is delivered to process a claim.

10. Non-Delivery Areas
If your area pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will notify you and process a refund.
