Cancellations and Refund Policy

​​At OmniStyl, your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please find our cancellation and refund guidelines below.

1. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. Kindly note that cancellations are only possible before the packing process begins.


2. Refund Policy

  • If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you promptly. You may choose between a refund or an alternative product of equal value.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7-14 working days to your original payment method.


3. Claims for Damaged or Missing Items
We take great care in screening and packing all orders. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product due to shipping, or if an item is missing from your order, a clear unboxing video is required to initiate a claim.

The unboxing video should include:

  • The sealed package before it is opened.

  • The unboxing process, clearly showing any damage or missing item.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process claims without an unboxing video. OmniStyl reserves the right to assess the validity of the claim before providing a resolution. If the claim is valid, we will offer an exchange. If the product is out of stock, we will provide store credit.


4. Sizing Assistance

  • Please ensure you select the correct size for rings, bracelets, or other jewellery items before placing your order.

  • Returns and refunds cannot be processed due to incorrect size selection.

  • If you need assistance with sizing, feel free to contact us via WhatsApp (text only) at +91 8104371455 before making your purchase.


5. Shipping Charges

OmniStyl offers free shipping across India for orders over ₹500.

If an incorrect delivery address is provided or if there is a failed delivery or pick-up attempt (for a return) by our courier partner, an additional shipping charge may apply, which will need to be covered by the customer.
