1. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible.


2. Easy 3-Day Returns (No Questions Asked)

  • We offer 3-day easy returns from the date of delivery with no questions asked. Products must be unused and returned with original packaging. However we will not be able to reimburse shipping changes for products that are returned through 3-day easy return with no questions asked.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method once we receive the returned product. Shipping charges will be deducted before issuing a refund.


3. Claims for Damaged or Missing Items

We take utmost care in packaging every order. In case you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
An unboxing video is recommended to help us resolve your issue faster.

Once verified:

A replacement will be issued, or a refund will be processed if the item is unavailable.


4. Sizing Assistance

  • Please ensure you select the correct size for rings, bracelets, or other jewellery items before placing your order

  • In case if you're still unsatisfied with the size, you can return the item. However we will not be able to reimburse shipping changes for the products returned.


5. Shipping Charges

OmniStyl offers free shipping across India for orders over ₹500.
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours.
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

Additional charges may apply in case of:

  • Incorrect address provided

  • Failed delivery attempts​​


6. Warranty
Stainless Steel jewellery comes with a 3-month warranty on plating. Not applicable to Sterling Silver and brass jewellery.
Covers manufacturing defects and plating issues.
Does not cover physical damage or misuse.
